Heatless Pressure Swing Adsorption Dryer ::

HEATLESS PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION DRYER The Hi-line HPS range (Heatless Pressure Swing) dryer is a high efficiency – low cost dryer, with reliability at the forefront of design. Many HPS dryers are built to a budget and employ cheap and cheerful shuttle valves which will fail after a time. Not so the Hi-line HPS, this employs positively driven ball valves control for maximum longevity and reliability. Stainless steel pipework and high quality check valves ensure continuity of flow without dewpoint spiking or pressure drop. A digital logic controller, with dewpoint control optional, makes the Hi-line HPS the best value for money dryer available, not only on capital cost, but on cost of ownership. Each HPS dryer is supplied skid mounted and complete with filters ‘Plug + Play’! Most dryers are ex stock delivery and can be built in a choice of colours or privately labelled for O.E.M customers.

HI-ZORB Adsorption Dryer ::

The HI-ZORB point of use desiccant dryer is designed to give high quality air at a low budget. However we have done this without compromising on quality. The standard unit dries air to a dewpoint of -40c and comes with pre and after filtration. The proven extruded aluminium technology is ideal for an array of applications including dental, medical, powder coating, printing and laser technology, pneumatic control and general manufacturing. The HI-ZORB is available from 5 cfm to 100 cfm and is an off the shelf product for next day delivery.

Molecular Sieve ::

A Molecular Sieve is a material containing tiny pores of a precise and uniform size that is used as an adsorbent for gases and liquids. Molecules small enough to pass through are adsorbed while larger molecules are not. It is different from a common filter in that it operates on a molecular level. For instance, a water molecule may be small enough to pass through while larger molecules are not. Because of this, they often function as a desiccant. Molecular sieve can absorb water up to 22% of its own weight. Often they consist of aluminosilicate minerals or synthetic compounds that have open structures through which small molecules can diffuse, such as clays, porous glasses, microporous charcoals, active carbons etc...

Pleated Panel Filters A medium grade general application air filter in grades ranging from EU4/G4 to EU8/F8. Like glass fibre or synthetic panels, ‘Vee-pleat’ panel filters can be used on their own for a wide range of general heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications, or as a pre-filter to higher efficiency filtration. For compressed air installations where water contamination is a problem, we offer a range of water separators that can deal effectivelly with the problem. They are designed using an internal element which removes quantities of condensate by centrifugal action.

Zero Loss Desiccant Air Dryers ::

ZERO LOSS DESICCANT AIR DRYERSWITH MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY…. The latest smart versions of the ZL-HBP (zero loss-heater blower programme) desiccant air dryers manufactured by Hi-Line Industries Ltd are claimed to offer the lowest cost of ownership currently available for adsorption dryers. Their unique control system monitors and modifies operating parameters to ensure the compressed air inlet conditions are matched to the dewpoint required. These products achieve dewpoints of -70° PDP without loss of expensive compressed air and feature fully insulated vessels, as well as heater and heat-exchanger for good thermal efficiency. This is complemented with a generous vessels and an automatic energy management system (AEMS) which achieves regeneration of the desiccant using low-tariff electricity. Waste heat utilisation from steam, oil or compression can be optionally used where available, with a fan motor also optimised for minimum power consumption resulting in a total ‘climate change levy’ beating package. Dryer units are available with flow rates from 10 up to 10,000 scfm. Stainless steel pipework is fitted as standard with independent fail-safe switching valves and full-flow check valves (low pressure drop) fitted as standard. Pressure equalisation and heater protection systems are also provided, eliminating pressure fluctuations and maintaining safety standards. Equipment is manufactured on site in the UK to the highest specifications. Pressure vessels conform to British/European standards EN286, BS5500 and ASME VIII, with 316 stainless steel pipework and valves being Argon purge tig welded. Products comply with EEC machinery directive, are CE marked and PED compliant, with electrical wiring conforming to 17th edition IEE regulations. Nationwide service support is also available. Dryers are designed to occupy the smallest footprint, so not wasting valuable production space, with bespoke dryers also supplied to suit specific customer requirements. Installation and commissioning is included in the selling price, with a one-year warranty covering parts and labour. A five year warranty can also be provided with a service contract. The control panel providing AEMS control is state-of-the-art, constantly analysing parameters and making adjustments to maintain the lowest possible running costs. It provides a user interface with indicator panel where digital dewpoint, pressure, heater and electrical displays, together with the cycle stepping time are shown on screen. Regeneration temperatures are controlled from the PLC (Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Siemans, Fanuc, Allen Bradley etc plus software to customer choice) with cycle times matched to demand and triggered by the dewpoint control setting. The control unit, incorporating AEMS, can also be offered as a retro-fit item to optimise the energy performance and provide improved efficiency and performance for any existing dryers.
