Pleated Panel Filters
A medium grade general application air filter in grades ranging from EU4/G4 to EU8/F8. Like glass fibre or synthetic panels, ‘Vee-pleat’ panel filters can be used on their own for a wide range of general heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications, or as a pre-filter to higher efficiency filtration. Ideal where greater airflow or higher efficiency is required, or where even minimal fibre migration is unacceptable.
Construction 750 – 1100 micron card frame with open lattice face, white lined or moisture resistant
Media Polyester media bonded to expanded steel support wire, bonded to the frame
Choice of pleat density (pleats per foot) for different rates of airflow
Choice of grades – from EU4/G4 up to EU8/F8, electrostatic and carbon
Optional extras Steel strengthening bars, paper tape finish
